The PIONEER®LINER Hx-UV system was developed for the structural rehabilitation of property, building connection, and municipal sewer lines—it is trenchless, high-performance, and designed for pipe diameters ranging from DN 100 to DN 300.

What makes the PIONEER®LINER Hx-UV system so effective is not any single component, but the precisely coordinated interaction between the two. The polyester fabric substrate with a TPU coating ensures flexibility, controlled inversion, and uniform resin distribution. The specially formulated vinyl ester resin penetrates the structure precisely, wets it completely, and cures in a controlled manner under UV or LED light.
The result is not a compromise made up of individual parts, but a perfectly coordinated system with clearly defined mechanical properties.
